Overview	We are pleased to invite you to an IMD Business Forum on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in Copenhagen. The event is hosted by Dong Energy A/S. Myths & Realities about Women Executives Join us in a high level discussion on provocative statements and latest research findings. Topics that will be addressed during this highly interactive session include: Do males have stronger stereotypes about women's leadership than women about men's leadership? Are men and women getting more similar? Is it true that successful women in traditionally male areas are generally disliked? Do women have an authenticity problem? Professor of Leadership & Organizational Behavior, Ginka Toegel, will focus on what women leaders need to understand in a changing context of business organizations.
