Relevance, diversity of participants and content delivery – these are three qualities that have brought Hertz executive Karl-Heinz Oehler back to IMD on multiple occasions.
Oehler, the Vice President for Global Talent Management at Hertz, attended the Orchestrating Winning Performance program for the third time this past June. He also took part in the Booster program while in a previous position with a different company. As a result of having taken part in at least four IMD programs, Oehler was recently awarded an IMD certificate in lifelong learning.
