What is the profile of an Executive MBA graduate?
Our graduates have learned how to ask good questions, to figure out which questions need asking, and to critically evaluate the answers they get – be it in the context of investigating a new business opportunity, exploring customer issues, or examining the financial implications of a chosen strategy.
Each of our graduates has developed a keener general management mindset, a greater openness to new ideas, and an ability to interpret new situations. They’ve developed an appreciation for businesses and issues outside their own areas of expertise, taking great advantage of the many nationalities and industries represented in the class. They have built strong bonds and a strong network out of this tremendous diversity. This is an invaluable resource that will always stay with them.
What does it mean to be an IMD alumnus?
Upon completing the Executive MBA, you will join three levels of IMD alumni: your Executive MBA graduating class, the full Executive MBA alumni group, and IMD’s overall Alumni Network.
Years after graduation, our Executive MBA alumni continue to organize events and forums for support, continued learning, professional opportunities, and for further developing their class, and the Executive MBA alumni networks.
You’ll also be joining IMD’s robust Alumni Network. This is a powerful business network of more than 55,000 executives based in over 140 countries. Each of these executives has participated in an IMD program. The network is structured into more than 40 alumni clubs worldwide, all offering a wide range of learning and networking opportunities.
