Aileen came to IMD from WWF International where, in 1997, she set up and became head of the international projects unit, which handled projects in Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, as well as global policy initiatives. Before this she was program manager for the Africa & Madagascar region, and was responsible for managing the decentralization of financial and administrative responsibilities to newly created field offices. With WWF, she also held positions as desk officer for, respectively, Latin America & Caribbean and Africa & Madagascar regions. She holds an MSc (Environmental Management) from the University of London and also a BA, Higher Diploma in Education, and MA from the National University of Ireland (NUI). In 2006, she obtained her PhD in management at NUI, having written a thesis on the business case for sustainability in the food and beverage industry.

Tania works as a Research Associate at IMD’s Forum of Corporate Sustainability Management at IMD, undertaking quantitative and qualitative research on the topics identified by members as the CSM Work Program.
Before joining IMD she worked as a senior economist in a consulting project for the Brazilian Ministry of Budget and Planning. Prior she has worked as a lecturer, teaching both college level and executive master, and as a project manager for an environmental NGO. She holds a PhD in Applied Economics and a MA in Environmental Science.

Kay joined IMD in 1999 coming from her family business where she held the position of administrator. Prior to this she worked for the International Organization for Migration in Geneva as operations assistant for 9 years and was responsible for the return and reintegration of qualified african nationals program. Today she is responsible for the CSM office, business processes and customer services related to CSM member companies. Kay is the primary contact person for information on the CSM project and organizes the logistics of all events. Her responsibilities include the CSM web page, learning platform, the environmental/sustainability case study database and budget.
