Responsible Leadership Initiative
The first IMD Responsible Leadership Summit was held from February 1-3, 2009. To conclude the event, IMD President Dr John R. Wells announced Responsible Leadership as a new IMD Initiative.

Thought Leadership Platforms
IMD has four Thought Leadership Platforms (TLPs) on some of the most critical issues facing businesses and their leaders today. As it is based on the best thinking from IMD Faculty and research combined with knowledge from its Learning Network of companies and external thought leaders, this initiative is expected to lead to a number of books, articles and events highlighting new insights relevant to executives in today's fast-moving global environment.
